Clients I coach oftentimes think they are the only one.
The only one struggling with a certain problem.
The only one dealing with a past or current situation and feeling shame around it.
The only one having doubts, fears and insecurities about aspects of their business, life and themselves.
I used to think that too. Until I started to hear the stories and the thoughts.
The stories and the thoughts you don’t necessary share with your family, friends or fellow business owners.
The ones you keep secretly to yourself.
Whatever you are going through, I can guarantee you, you are not the only one.
You might have thought it so many times it feels like a fact, but question the thought: “I must be the only one.”
How does it make you feel?
What if you are not the only one?
Stop for a moment and think about it.
What if, instead, you started to believe this is just part of the human experience?
You are NOT the only one.
